Спеціалізується на вивченні та аналізі інформації, розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу через залучення грантових програм, проблематиці земельних відносин у територіальних громадах. Займається тренерською практикою та консультуванням у сфері виборчого права і виборчого процесу. За освітою політолог і юрист. Закінчила філософський факультет та факультет правознавства Львівського національного університету імені Івана Франка. Є аспіранткою катедри політології і працює над дисертаційною роботою на тему особливостей та ефектів місцевих виборів у країнах Вишеградської четвірки. Учасниця тренінгів та шкіл з проєктного менеджменту й аналізу політики. Має досвід координування та імплементації проєктів у сферах академічної та громадянської освіти, науки та розвитку демократії. Проходила стажування у громадських організаціях та органах місцевого самоврядування. Працювала в управлінні інвестиційної політики Львівської обласної державної адміністрації. Викладачка Львівського національного університету імені Івана Франка. Авторка та викладачка курсу з проєктного менеджменту.

До обов'язків Варвари входить розробка концепцій проєктів та підготовка повних пакетів документів для подання донорам; допомога в адмініструванні проєктів, включаючи звітність та координацію; пошук можливостей для інституційного розвитку, а також виконання аналітичних завдань та робота з даними.

Варвара є співавторкою дослідження «Аналіз та рекомендації щодо впровадження автоматизованих систем оплати проїзду в містах України». У рамках цього проєкту вона готувала запити на отримання публічної інформації до муніципалітетів, аналізувала відповіді, структурувала дані та співставляла різні набори даних для подальшої візуалізації. Також брала активну участь у співпраці нашої організації з Шептицькою міською радою за напрямом справедливої трансформації вугільних громад України.
