Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the Lazarski University (Warsaw), the School of Democracy of the Eastern European Center for Multiparty Democracy, the Good Governance Program of UCU School of Public Administration and the Good Leaders for Good Governance Program of the Leadership Center, Lviv Business School, and School of Public Administration UCU.

Worked in Western Ukrainian office of the European Business Association. Was an involved expert of Transparency International coordinating the Anti-Corruption Education project and an intern of the East Europe Foundation within the USAID Leadership in Economic Governance Program.

Oleksandra Cholovska

Specializes in the regulatory policy of local governments and inventory issues. Is a trainee in the field of suffrage and the electoral process. Has a degree in political science and law areas.

Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Also, is a postgraduate student of the Department of Political Science and now is working on a dissertation on the features and effects of local elections in the Visegrad countries. Graduated from the Eastern European Center for Multiparty Democracy and participated in workshops and seminars on project management and policy analysis.

Has an experience in coordinating and implementing projects in the fields of academic and civic education, science and democracy development. Had an internship in public organizations and local governments, worked in the investment policy department of Lviv Regional State Administration. Teaches at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

She specializes on EU law. She graduated from “Derzavotvorets” program in 2019. She is a member of Lviv Moot Court Society since she has participated in Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2020-2021 as a representative of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

Olya has an experience in coordinating and implementing of projects in social and educational sphere within her “Plast” membership. She finished internship at Lviv city council within the “Перший кар’єрний крок” program.

Marichka Ihnatova

She is a lawyer and the founder of the project “Prosto yurydychno”. In 2016, Marichka participated in the Canada-Ukraine Parliamentary Program, where worked as an assistant to Jim Eglinski – a deputy of the conservative party. Since 2017 she has been consulting entrepreneurs in Lviv Region regarding administrative services and regulatory procedures issues. Since 2018 she has actively joined initiatives and projects of Lviv regulatory hub. For instance, the project about reforming the approval procedure and establishing summer terraces in Lviv city.

Andriy Palanytsya
Expert in regulatory policy sphere

World Bank expert for governments and international organizations on regulatory policy, governance and anti-corruption. He has experience in 24 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Since 1997, he has been working as a consultant to governments and international organizations on regulatory policy, governance and the fight against corruption. He lives in the USA. In Ukraine, he worked on the development and implementation of regulatory policy, a simplified tax system, and led the US government’s Millennium Challenge program to combat corruption in Ukraine.

Vira Nadzvedska
Expert in regulatory policy sphere

Eastern Europe Foundation Program Manager, Expert-Trainer on Regulatory Policy and Policy Analysis, Lawyer.

She has more than 15 years of legal practice in the private sector. Since 2008, as an expert of non-governmental organizations, she has been involved in the development and advocacy of legislative initiatives aimed at optimizing the regulatory burden and implementing market self-regulation mechanisms. Co-developer of the modular training program “Data-based Policy Writing and Visualization” of UCU School of Public Administration implemented with the support of the USAID / UKAID TAPAS project. In 2019-2020, she is an expert of the Information and Research Center at the Verkhovna Rada, which was established and operates with the support of the USAID RADA Program and prepares analytics on state policy and lawmaking.

Iryna Sharovska
Lawyer and regulatory policy expert

Head of the Regulatory Policy Sector of the Department of Economic Policy of the Lviv Regional State Administration. She graduated from the law school of Ivan Franko national university of Lviv. Iryna worked as an executive director in the Center for the Rule of Law of the School of Law of the Ukrainian Catholic University. She has experience in developing and implementing short- and medium-term training programs for practicing lawyers and coordination of programs. She is a member of the Ukrainian Public Organization “Association of Lawyers of Ukraine”. During 2018-2021 Iryna was also a member of Lviv department of the Association.
